George H. Gale, BAEd, BSc, MSc, PhD, PEng (President and CEO):
Dr. Gale has over 40 years of experience in industry and government as a mineral deposit geologist, geochemist and manager. He has worked in Norway, Canada and Mexico as a researcher and explorationist. During this time he was involved in the discovery of industrial mineral deposits in NL and MB, VMS deposits in MB and a Cu-Mo deposit in Norway. From 2005 to 2009 he was VP Exploration for VMS Ventures Inc and Harvest Gold Corp. Dr. Gale is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.
Arild Stockinger (Director):
Mr. Stockinger is President of Canbulk Ship Management, a shipbroker and shipping consultant. He has been involved with Namex and its predecessor company since 1995.
Arthur Seligman (Director):
Since 1984, Mr. Seligman has been Director of Sales and Marketing for the Petroleum Development Company (PDC). During his tenure, the company has grown to become the largest distributor of public hydrocarbon drilling programs in the country. Its Investor Relations Department, which he established, receives annual praise from the broker/dealer community as the best in the business.
Grayme Anthony, BSc., MBA, PGeo (Chief Financial Officer):
Mr. Anthony has been a geologist for 27 years and a mining executive for 16 years. Mr. Anthony holds a degree in Geology from Concordia University and an MBA from The University of Western Ontario. Mr Anthony has extensive experience in corporate governance and administration and held the roles of President and CEO, CFO, Secretary-Treasurer and Director while with Houston Lake Mining Inc. He is a Member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
William McWilliam (Director):
Mr. McWilliam has been involved for over 30 years in the junior mining industry as a broker, analyst, Director and company executive. He is currently President of Cascadero Copper Corporation and Stealth Minerals Ltd.

Grayme Anthony
Grayme Anthony, the CFO of the Company, with over 25 years experience in geoscience and mineral exploration is a Qualified Person within the definitions specified in NI 43-101.
Nadia Yavorskaya (Geologist and Geochemist)
Nadia Yavorskaya spent five years at the Saint Petersburg State University and obtained a degree in geology and geochemistry in 1988. During her years at university she worked on tungsten-tin and rare earth - apatite deposits. Post graduation she spent 15 years as a member of a geoscientific team working in the far eastern area of Russia and undertook geological mapping, GIS work, mineralogical and geochemical studies. Ms Yavorskaya immigrated to Canada in 2003 and obtained employment as a geologist with San Gold Corp. in Bissett, Manitoba in 2004 where she was involved in mapping and gold exploration. In 2007-2010 she was employed with VMS Ventures Inc. and Harvest Gold Corp as a GIS contractor where she was responsible for managing the companies’ GIS database and a lithogeochemical project.
